It’s been a long time since I’ve had a chance to write something here. I just wanted to post something to let everyone know that I’m in the process of trying to get things here in motion again.
It’s been a rough time here over the last couple of years. I’ve had lots of ups and downs since I last posted here in 2010. School. Lack of jobs. New jobs. Health problems. All sorts of changes and things happened in the last two years. It’s not been easy, but overall it’s been good. I have a great job right now, almost been there for one year. School is over the the foreseeable future. Still struggling with some of the health issues. Some old, some new, but that’s a long-term thing that I just have to learn to live with at this point.
As you can see with the drawing above, I’m trying to get things going again. I’m trying something new this time around. I got one of the new iPads last month, to replace my old iPad 1, and there’s a really cool new app called Paper by software developer 53. Coupled with my Adonit Jot Pro stylus, I’m going to try to use that to do all of my initial sketch work for the new pages. Since I have my iPad with me most everywhere, it’ll make it a bit easier (hopefully) to get drawings ready for clean-up.
Short and sweet. That’s the current state of me. I don’t know exactly when I’ll have a new page up, but I’m working on it. Hopefully the hiatus will end soonly.
